**I made a mistake in last night’s update. The MLA who wrote the arrogant letter is a Liberal, not NDP. Thanks to a member for pointing this out.
“Peter is a BC Liberal which explains the arrogance better: https://www.leg.bc.ca/learn-about-us/members/41st-Parliament/Milobar-Peter”
> 5) A response by an NDP MLA which really bothers me and I believe it will bother you.**
1) The US government is still trying to figure out why some diplomats in Cuba have suffered health problems ranging from hearing problems and dizziness to headaches and cognitive problems, all symptoms we associate with EHS. Some have reported hearing noises that some thought could be associated with these problems. Could it be from radiation? Some people report hearing a “hum” or buzzing when near electrical powerlines or devices that emit RF. One doctor thinks that radiation is a possibility.

Illnesses at U.S. Embassy in Havana Prompt Evacuation of More Diplomats
““Just looking at the symptoms, it sounds like they’ve all had traumatic brain injuries like a concussion or a series of minor head injuries even though we know they haven’t,” said Dr. Martin Gizzi, a neurologist in Portland, Ore., who is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology.
Dr. Gizzi said neither ultrasonic nor subsonic waves have been known to produce such injuries surreptitiously. Among the other possibilities are a virus, poison or radiation, he said.”
Russia irradiated the US embassy in Moscow for many years, from the mid-1950s until 1979. Barrie Trower, who worked for British Intelligence, has spoken about this and his talks are available on many YouTubes. He believes many people suffered from directed frequencies that the Russians had studied, e.g. specific frequencies were capable of affecting specific parts of the body, such as the brain.
Here is a very interesting personal account by someone who worked in the embassy and who suffered health effects he believes were caused by the radiation, along with historical info about the cover-up.
2) One of the Electrical Engineers who submitted information for my fire report and who refuses to allow an ITRON smeter on his home, William Bathgate, is an amateur radio operator and testified that the mesh grids are illegally interfering with his radio. He believes this is grounds, in the USA, to have mesh grids removed.
The same thing potentially could be argued in Canada. The link below has a lot of info and comments by amateur radio operators and there have been many complaints about smeter interference, such as: smeters’ unlicensed frequency is certified for one single connection, not a mesh grid set up with 1,000s of transmitters. Industry Canada seems to condone it and I guess it will until/unless the operation interferes with a licensed transmitter.
“This interpretation is incorrect, according to Industry Canada, and could land Chatham-Kent Hydro in some expensive trouble. There is nothing about this system which is designed to “co-exist” with other users. Even though each TUNet module is Industry Canada certified, compliance with the regulations is not guaranteed. When these rules were implemented, Industry Canada and the various stakeholders which contributed input to the band plan did not envision a mesh network of 32,000 such devices effectively monopolizing the entire band in a geographic area. The certification is for a single TUNet module, not an entire network. Further interpretation of the rules indicate that the radio receiver used by this system, which must also be certified, is to operate on a 1:1 basis; that is, one transmitter (TUNet module) must correspond with one receiver using the same 50+ channel hopset.”
Smart Meter Interference to 902-928 MHz Amateur Radio Band by kp4md – YouTube – March 05, 2013:
There are many more examples of interference, as well as other problems, and they will be available on our website. When I have a link, I will provide it.
3) CNN had a program on EHS today. Part of it had been shown before, or maybe all of it had and I only saw part.

Subject: Dr. Sanjay Gupta examines Electromagnetic Sensitivity on “Vital Signs” Saturday morning, Oct 21
Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN’s Chief Medical Correspondent, has produced a program on Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity which is currently being shown on CNN International. If it doesn’t get bumped, CNN will air this program in the U.S. on October 21 and November 4. The US version will be shorter than the international and online version because the US has more commercials.
You can watch the program online now by viewing the following three videos on the CNN website:
Part 1 (9-minute video): Welcome to the National Quiet Zone – with Diane Schou and Dr. David Carpenter. In a small West Virginia town, a restriction on wireless internet and phone signals provides a refuge to disconnect.
Part 2 (7-minute video): Reducing Wireless Exposure – with Dr. Joel Moskowitz, Melissa Chalmers, Kevin Mottus, and Dafna Tachover. As the world becomes more connected, how can you reduce your exposure to electromagnetic fields?
Part 3 (5-minute video): Living in the National Quiet Zone – with Leo Halepli. What life is like for a young man from Turkey now living in the small town of Green Bank, West Virginia.
Note: Dr. Gupta’s statement that non-ionizing radiation cannot cause DNA damage is false. The National Toxicology Program found that mice and rats exposed to non-ionizing, cell phone radiation developed DNA damage. About 30 studies in all including six human studies have found evidence of DNA damage from exposure to low-intensity radiofrequency radiation (RFR). The DNA damage appears to be an indirect effect of the oxidative stress caused by exposure to RFR.
