1) Excerpts from ECERI newsletter, published June 2017. ECERI (European Cancer and Environmental Research Institute) “ECERI is a collaborative network of scientific researchers from all over Europe willing to combine their efforts to discover and understand environmental causes of cancer and other suspected environment-associated human diseases or disorders.” You can read about this group’s goals and members at http://eceri-institute.org/.

“EMFs recognized. Following a recent meeting with WHO representatives in Geneva, members of this ECERI group have decided to publish their own data in the form of a scientific consensus paper on the effects of non-thermal EMFs on behalf of the ECERI. Finally, since several ECERI scientists believe that environmental pollution may in fact be a cause of cancer and other diseases such as Alzheimer disease and autism, ECERI has proposed to create another international group comprising scientists and jurists to discuss the possibility that intentional massive pollution could be recognized by the International Criminal Court (ICC) as a true crime against health. This proposal will be discussed at the next ECERI Executive Committee and General Assembly in Brussels.

International EMF Expert Group to Counter ICNIRP
Following the meeting with WHO in Geneva on March, the 3rd, it was proposed to create an ECERI-related working group to oppose ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection), that might be termed “International commission of scientific expertise on non-thermal radiation effects” (ICSENTRE). The members of this group so far are: Dominique Belpomme (France), Igor Belyaev (Slovakia), Ernesto Burgio (Italy), David Carpenter (USA), Lennart Hardell (Sweden), Magda Havas (Canada), SMJ Mortazavi (Iran), André Vander Vorst (Belgium) and Gérard Ledoigt (France).”
2) In response to a letter to the Mayor of Saanich, a member wrote the following. People like Elizabeth May who is most concerned about the environment, and Weaver who says he is, should be made aware of these things.
“Please tell the writers of the letter to the Mayor of Saanich that I have noticed the same thing in Oak Bay. There used to be a dawn chorus of dozens of birds but this year there are nothing but crows.”
3) One of our members has found more info on AT&T 5G system using powerlines, etc. AT&T is ensuring that every inch is covered with RF for iPhones, etc. exposing all living things to ever-increasing levels of RF, without any assurance of safety or regard to scientific warnings. Also, it seems without permission or even notification of the people who will be living near these powerlines/microcells.
4) Another member comments on the article about Russia having developed a cyberweapon. My point in including the article was to show yet another example that this technology has made our homes, our lives and our economy less secure. Whether a deliberate attack or by accident, as many US security officials have said, it is just a matter of when, not if, the grid goes down.
“For what it’s worth and with all due respect, I would not put stock in this article from the WP (or others). Moreover, this is just continued Russia bashing timed with the rhetoric being carried out for political purposes, especially by the big press and political pundits in the U.S. This type of cyber-based-weapon (and they mention it) was first seen in the form of ‘Stuxnet’ (admitted to being an American invention – see documentaries) and an electrical grid is only part of what it can do and has done. What they are calling CrashOverride is nothing but a hybrid, and like Stuxnet, one only has to look close to home to see where it was developed – my conjecture, yet I rather think you will hear more on this if one looks in the days to come. The Ukraine issue is a false lead convenient to the WP story (and others in the echo chamber of news) aligned to paint and smear Russia (for multiple reasons). The fact that this expose originated from Dragos Inc, an American start up intelligence security firm who received “seed money” (2016 – notice the timing) should offer some pause. The headline offered depicts “Russia has Developed…”. Nice byline, are they sure with proof? Russia is a pretty broad term and all encompassing, and yet they don’t know this empirically, in fact, there is not a shred of evidence, which is just the same result of their other hacking smear campaigns – this time it’s their admitted conjecture. Anyway, this is just my take and means nothing.
Now, with all the talk of hacking SMeters into our very homes, why would SMs be designed as they are, and who is likely to exploit them? Who benefits? When it happens in earnest, I’m sure Russia will be blamed, as per usual.”
Here is another article with some more info about how malware, no matter the source, can bring down the grid. We should all be demanding to be told what BC Hydro, the governments, are doing to protect us from this type of incident.
5) Schools are beginning to use Google’s Virtual Reality – wireless headsets that shoot signals straight into eyes of children. Please read (below in Letters) what one member has sent to the BC Medical Health Officers. Please consider sending it to teachers, principals, parents, and the media. This is a very dangerous gadget that even Google is warning users about.
Sent to all the provincial Medical Health Officers:

Scientists and medical experts are extremely concerned about the promotion of the wireless virtual reality system in our schools and libraries. The 4D headsets now available in stores and the promotion of Google’s Expeditions Pioneer Program which provides a free kit with ASUS smartphones, and Google Cardboard headsets have never been tested for safety on children and could cause irreversible damage.
Cell phones emit RF radiation and should never be used directly in front of a child’s eyes and brain. Professor Om Gandhi from the University of Utah, who is one of the original developers of testing wireless radiation from cellphones, has stated “We have never tested microwave radiating devices directly in front of the young developing eye. The absence of proof of harm at this point does not mean that we have evidence of safety.”
In a German study, mobile phones have been linked to a rare form of eye cancer suggesting regular use of cellphones could lead to an increased risk of contracting uveal melanoma, in which tumours form in the layer that makes up the iris and base of the retina.
Too Much Use of Mobile Phone Can Cause Eye Cancer
Cell-phone radiation can cause visual damage
The health and safety information provided with these headsets includes a list of warnings to the user when using this product. The risks identified include severe dizziness, seizures, epileptic seizures and other conditions of epilepsy. blackouts triggered by light flasher or patterns, and loss of awareness.
Further, the product warnings go on to say that this product should not be used when tired, needing sleep, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are hung-over, have digestive problems, under emotional stress or anxiety, or when suffering from cold, flu, headaches, migraines, or headaches, as this can increase your susceptibility to adverse symptoms.
It is of great importance to note the following warning, “This product should not be used by children under the age of 13 as these children may be at increased health and safety risk. Adults should monitor children (age 13 and older) who are using or have used the Headset for any of the symptoms described above.”
What the Telecom Industry Doesn’t Tell You…But Does Tell Its Investors
Environmental Health Trust has assembled a series of slides by Telecom Companies that warn investors of the potential for economic loss due to litigation about health effects from wireless. For eg. VERIZON states: “Our wireless business also faces personal injury and consumer class action lawsuits related to alleged health effects of wireless phones or radio frequency transmitters, and class action lawsuits that challenge marketing practices and disclosures relating to alleged adverse health effects of handheld wireless phones. We may incur significant expenses in defending these lawsuits. In addition, we may be required to pay significant awards or settlements.”
The International EMF Scientist Appeal, signed by over 200 EMF research scientists, university professors and medical doctors from 40 countries, called upon the United Nations, the WHO, and the UN Member States to address the emerging public health crisis caused by indiscriminate use of microwave radiation emitting devices without safety precautions.
Our children’s health is at risk and until the industry can ensure the public that this product is safe for children to use, we are asking the schools and libraries not to promote these wireless virtual reality headsets. The burden of proof should not be put upon the public to prove that it’s unsafe, but upon the industry to prove it is safe.
