2016-09-03 In USA, emission levels exceed already dangerously high allowable limits

1)    An example for us all – a small village continues to work to reduce its impact on climate, and it’s succeeding. It has refused to allow any government interference, and that may be why it’s going so well.

2)    A member who was upset about the state of the government’s/Kendall’s website has found a form online by which he has complained. See his comments below. It is vital that we all make our voices heard.

You might consider copying or writing directly to the Deputy Minister of Health at:  hlth.dmoffice@gov.bc.ca .  This really is the person/office where the work gets done.

Stephen Brown, Deputy Minister of Health

Please consider writing about the fact that the website is misleading, is encouraging people to allow their children to be exposed to microwave radiation to which they are most vulnerable, etc. In case you missed the websites in last night’s update, they are:

3)    From a USA group:

“I just came from fire safety training for my job, given by a Delaware County Fire Investigator (PA).  He mentioned in the beginning of his presentation how fire deaths were down, but house fires were up dramatically across the nation.  Later during Q&A, I asked him in front of the whole group the causes of these fires.  He mentioned all the electronics — wifi/bluetooth gadgets, cheap phone chargers, ipads, wide screen tv’s etc., I intervened to say “how about smart meters” to which he replied anything “smart” is a fire hazard, this technology is so new, and they haven’t tested or developed it adequately enough yet.  He went on to poke fun at “smart” wired houses having everything linked and what a hazard that can cause.  Then after the presentation, I commented how I heard at this technology ages, it becomes even more potentially hazardous which he affirmed, and also mentioned more car fires occurring because of all the electronic gadgetry now.

Another confirmation with implications for Consumer Protection Law.”

4)    In the USA, independent RF testers are finding that emission levels exceed the allowable limits for workers, which are higher than the recently revised SC 6 in Canada. The levels allowed for workers are many times higher than those allowed for the general public, but as shown in this news report, these cell transmitters are in areas where people work and live. There is no monitoring of levels in the USA or Canada where companies are on the “honour” system – resulting in a higher percentage of measured sites registering at excessive levels. And remember that SC 6 is hundreds-thousands of times higher than what independent scientists believe are acceptable. So far, it has not been determined if any level is “safe”.

Why is the BC Government irresponsibly misleading the public in regards to smart’ meter safety, while the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) has adopted a resolution calling for a HALT to wireless smart meters?

http://emfsafetynetwork.org/american-academy-of-environmental-medicine-calls-for-a-halt-to-wireless-smart-meters/

“The Board of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine opposes the installation of wireless “smart meters” in homes and schools based on a scientific assessment of the current medical literature (references available on request).  Chronic exposure to wireless radio-frequency radiation is a preventable environmental hazard that is sufficiently well documented to warrant immediate preventative public health action.”

” An immediate moratorium on “smart meter” installation until these serious public health issues are resolved.  Continuing with their installation would be extremely irresponsible!”

The IARC/ World Health Organization classified low level radio-frequency from ALL sources, including smart meters, a CARCINOGEN in May of 2011!

Why is this government and the BC Health Officer, Perry Kendall, flying by the seat of their pants when it comes to the health and safety of British Columbians?

Using the public in a public biological experiment is in direct violation of The Nuremburg Code, to which Canada is a signee.

“1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.”

A non automated reply would be appreciated.
