1)    BCUC is holding public meetings across the province to give opportunities to speak about costs, etc. The meetings have been held in Victoria and Nanaimo, where turnout was almost non-existent. The schedule is at this link, with the next meeting today, Monday, June 13, in Prince George.  If you go, and get to speak about BC Hydro’s irresponsible spending of our money that is driving our rates up, please let us know BCUC’s response.

2)    Re. testing to see if disabled [radio off] smeters are emitting RF signals, it is possible for a rudimentary test to be done with an AM radio.  The instructions can be found at:

If you hear static which you believe to be coming from your $$meter, please let me know and I will try to get someone with an RF meter to come to test. If you can, video the “test” so that this can document what you are finding. Please be aware of other wireless devices in the area that can be causing this “interference”, such as cordless or cell phones, Wi-Fi modems, etc. Also, dirty electricity on home wiring can be the source. If it is the $meter, you should get periods of static and periods of silence. Be patient because the signals can be spaced some minutes apart.

3)    A member has suggested that I remind people about this excellent TED talk about willful blindness. This is what our politicians, BC Hydro executives, and provincial health authorities are practising, and about which they are so guilty – WILLFUL BLINDNESS.

I cannot understand, for the life of me,WHY THERE IS NO MENTION OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IN OUR COUNTRY?

Canadians are dying from cancer caused by cell phones WiFi and cell towers.Babies are being exposed to E M F in their cribs by baby monitors.

Children are being forced to attend school that exposes them to WiFi (Electro magnetic fields).

The United States National Toxicology Program found that cell phone radiation causes cancer tumours in the heart and brain of rats!!

It wouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that anything that can cause cancer would cause other illness on the way to cancer.

Brain and heart tumours, Chronic Fatigue, headaches, hearing loss, Autism, Alzheimer’s, and more, have been connected scientifically to Electro Magnetic Fields exposure.

Why is this VERY IMPORTANT MATTER NOT BEING DISCUSSED???

Why are you not bringing this matter up in parliament ???

Please give me an answer, NOT A FORM LETTER REPLY.

There is a possibility that some people hold stock and have their pension funds invested in the wireless industry, which would give them reason to remain mum, in order to protect their interests.

But we cannot sit back and watch people die, needlessly!!
