1) The people in BC and Canada who are responsible for protecting the public health are so very negligent, consistently repeating the same lies about there being “a scientific consensus” that there is no evidence that microwave radiation is harmful. I say these are lies because they are deliberate and are made despite having been provided with strong evidence to the contrary. There is no one in the various agencies in BC – the Health dept,. the Provincial Health Officer, the BC Center for Disease Control – who has education or experience in the field of biological effects of microwave radiation, yet they deny the evidence of true experts. Why? Is it due to job-related pressure? Is it due to conflicts of interest? Is it due to laziness? Whatever the reason, we and our children suffer the consequences.
Here is a letter from a true expert, written to warn the Governor of California of the consequences of his decisions. There are pages of references for those who doubt that evidence exists.
“My research group at UC San Diego alone has received hundreds of communications from people who have developed serious health problems from electromagnetic radiation, following introduction of new technologies. Others with whom I am in communication, have independently received hundreds of similar reports. Most likely these are a tip of an iceberg of tens or perhaps hundreds of thousands of affected person. As each new technology leading to further exposure to electromagnetic radiation is introduced – and particularly introduced in a fashion that prevents vulnerable individuals from avoiding it – a new group become sensitized to health effects. This is particularly true for pulsed signals in the radiowave and microwave portion of the spectrum, the type for which the proposed bill SB 649 will bypass local control.”

3) In Australia, a lightning bolt set a smeter on fire even though there is no evidence that the home was hit. This was not a “first”.

4) Some of the hardest working, most dedicated people in the Coalition are extremely sensitive to EMR and many suffer greatly from cell tower radiation. Here is someone in Tucson who also is suffering. When will the health professionals do their jobs and force removal of these things from areas near homes, schools, and hospitals? If our Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, would read some of the many letters and emails with so many studies and reports, perhaps she would begin to do her job as a public health doctor. Cell phone towers are dangerous in residential neighborhoods
