1) It seems that there are a lot of hypotheticals around 5G technology. Will it be the financial windfall that the telecoms hope and promise? They are pushing without any regulations or safety testing.

Editor’s Corner—If they build 5G, the money will come … right?
“Carriers are plotting their strategies and densifying their networks as they prepare for the highly anticipated arrival of 5G. But how they’ll actually make money from next-generation technologies and services is about as clear as the air in New Delhi.”
2) Bell Canada is being accused of pressuring people into buying packages they don’t want or can’t use. We should be complaining about Telus misleading us about the fiber optic cable, bringing it to our home for “better service” only to ensure that we are connected, internally, via Wi-Fi without telling us.

What about putting microcells outside homes without telling the residents nearby? CRTC might like to hear such complaints, too. [http://crtc.gc.ca/recherche-search/default.aspx?q=make+a+complaint&_ga=2.27875132.1693015622.1511451736-870168324.1508860650]
Bell insider reveals high-pressure sales tactics required on every single call
A longtime Bell Canada employee describes working in the company’s Scarborough, Ont., call centre as “a non-stop nightmare,” where she says she is forced to sell customers products they don’t need, don’t want, and may not understand, to hit sales targets and keep her job.
Andrea Rizzo, 50, has worked for Bell — Canada’s largest telecom service provider — for 20 years, and says the pressure to upsell customers who call in has become relentless.
3) One member, who is slightly sensitive, lives just outside Victoria in an RF-free environment. She told me that her son, who is very sensitive, was sick with EHS problems on Sunday and Monday. On these 2 days, she also heard the jet planes (Growlers) that fly from Whidbey Island more loudly than usual. Today, it was quiet and he was fine. Did anyone else notice anything? No info about the war games having started. Also, she said at 3 am the last few nights, he and she have felt something and when she turned her RF meter on, it made a very unusual sound, one she’s never heard before. Normally, her meter is completely silent because there is nothing emitting signals near her home.
Again, has anyone in the area of Victoria noticed anything new? Please let me know if you have at: email@example.com
4) The member who wrote the letter below said he believes that there is an upcoming show about smartphone use on “White Coat Black Art”. You might want to check the listings. It appears from the website that Dr. Goldman might be interested in discussing some of the topics that concern us, e.g. Wi-Fi in schools, Wi-Fi hot spots, smeters. Please consider sending him ideas you might have for a show.

Hi, I am a regular listener of your program and understand you have a show coming up on adolescents and smartphone use, a topic of great interest to me.
Unfortunately much of what I hear on CBC in regards to smartphones and children always presents the cultural impacts of the technology, sleep patterns, behavioural issues, etc…Never are the problems ever posited from the point of view of electromagnetic waves (speed 186,000 mph) coming from all sides and hitting the brain and body of the child to create all of these problems. Take the Einstein view of energy fields in the matter, you will understand the chaos unfolding.
Dr. Goldman last week related to the coming one out of one death rate from cancer. Why not look at the exploding brain cancer rates among kids since the introduction of a phone for every kid, vision problems, fertility and the list goes on? Are you aware these devices have never been safety tested for children, or adults for that matter? Pretty well the same scenario as cigarettes back in the day. And you are in such an advantaged position to shed light in the matter and to break the institutional inertia protecting the biggest industry the world has ever known.
